2/3 celery
1 granny smith apple
3 tbsp. oilhorn fries sauce
50 grams walnuts
100 grams of grapes
1. Wash the celery and cut into small, thin slices.
2. Wash the apple and cut into narrow French fries.
3. Wash the grapes and halve them, grill on a bbq, in a grill pan or in a dry frying pan.
4. Mix the celery with the apple, grapes and chipotle sauce. Crush or halve the walnuts and add them as well. Tip: Also delicious with cubes of smoked chicken mixed in.
