Ingredients for the brownie with crispy white chocolate

• 130 grams of dark chocolate
• 3 eggs
• 120 grams of Oliehoorn mayonnaise
• 30 grams of cocoa, sifted
• 40 grams self-rising baking flour, sifted
• 80 grams of crispy white chocolate
• 220 grams of sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla paste

Here's how to make it

1. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees.
2. Melt the dark chocolate (au bain-marie, in a glass bowl over a pan of boiling water or by briefly putting the cubes in the microwave).
3. Using a kitchen mixer, mix the eggs with the sugar and vanilla paste.
4. Add the melted dark chocolate, mayonnaise, sifted flour and self-rising flour. Then mix again to make a smooth batter.
5. Cut the white chocolate into chunks, add the chunks and stir the mixture again with a spoon.
6. Pour the batter into a baking dish lined with baking paper or baking tin for brownies. Then bake the brownies in the center of the oven for 20 to 30 minutes until done.
7. The smell is irresistible, we know all about it, but let the brownie cool before you cut it. Only then will you really enjoy it (without a burnt tongue).
